Convenience Store Shooting

Our client suffered permanent paralysis after being shot five times on the parking lot of a convenience store in Memphis by an area "gang leader." The entire area where the convenience store is located had a significant history of violent crimes. Despite numerous businesses in the area hiring security guards to protect their customers from harm, operators of the convenience store decided to place profits over customer safety.

Gas Station Robbery

We represent the mother and family of a young man who was shot and killed in a robbery after he used an ATM machine inside the store. Video from inside the Nashville convenience store shows the perpetrators of the murder watching the victim as the ATM cash is dispensed, then follow him outside onto the parking lot where the robbery occurs.

Convenience Store Customer Robbery

While on his way to work in the early morning hours, our client stopped at a convenience store on Interstate 55 outside of Marion, Arkansas. While gathering purchased items, an armed robbery was announced by the perpetrators in the store. The sole convenience store clerk fled to a "safe room" in the rear of the store, leaving our client to be robbed, beaten, shot and left for dead in the parking lot.

Convenience Store Murder

We represent two families who suffered the loss of their daughters in a shooting at a Memphis gas station. The two girls, ages 15 & 17, had stopped at the convenience store to put gas in their car after returning from a high school basketball game. The convenience store has a history of violent crimes, including the murder of a well-known college bound football player on its parking lot a year earlier.

Restaurant Robbery and Murder

We represent the families of two restaurant employees murdered while sitting in their vehicle in Branson, Missouri. The victims, required by their employer to return to the restaurant after working their shift, were providing security for the store manager to closed for the evening when the robbery occurred.

Although it was supposed to be a routine procedure, the surgeon performing the operation was negligent and damaged numerous internal organs resulting in months hospitalizations, and near death.

Botched Gastric Sleeve Surgery

Our client, a healthcare worker, needed to lose weight in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle and continue providing medical care to patients. After consulting with a well-known surgeon specializing in gastric sleeve surgeries, the weight loss procedure was performed.
